VEGAS!!!

So Jimmy and I went to Las Vegas on Friday and we came back on the red eye this morning. We had a great time!!! We saw the gorgeous fountain display at the Bellagio, the candola's at the Venitian and so much more. We stayed at the New York New york and we had a view of the roller coaster from our room.

I made these cards to send out to my neice and nephews. I am gearing up to go to Vegas. I am excited but there are a few issues in the back of my mind, pestering me. I think Jimmy and I really need this vacation, even if it's just the weekend. I will post some pics when we get back.

I haven't blogged since Halloween. James and Julia have been sick since last Wednesday and haven't been to school, They finally go back today. I am posting this at 3 in the morning, I was waitng for Jimmy to get home and he just did(I can't sleep without him). So I am adding a few pics. I got the kids picture taken last Friday, when I thought James and Julia were feeling better, but took a turn for the worse. So I am adding a picture of a picture of them. Anyway christmas pictures are done and picture cards are made!! My Mom's birthday is Sunday, I added a picture of the card I made her. We are taking her to see Mary Poppins on Broadway this Sunday. I also booked a trip for my husband and I for a weekend in Las Vegas!! I am SOOO EXCITED!! We never go away so this is BIG for us and Jimmy hates to take off of work so it is Huge for him. Anyway, I am working on Thanksgiving cards for my neice and nephews will post those pics when I am done. I am going to bed, I gotta be up in 3 hours to get the kids on the school bus.

Completed Project!!

This is the whole reason I started Scrappin' , Our Disney trip a few years ago. I finally finished a scrapbook!!. There is so much more for me to do. I want to get started on James and Julia's baby books and on and on from there.

So I have a crop at my kids school this Saturday. I will be there with my Upline Pat. We will be representing Stampin Up! I had to make a layout for make and takes. So this is what I came up with. Kraft is the base with real red and baja breeze. Being that I am not using this particular one I turned it into a 2 page spread. The layout for the make and takes will be much more simple.I did realize while makin this that I miss scrapbooking. I was spending more time on cards and I pushed scrapbooking aside. I will be scrapping more often.

I did my Thanksgiving cards, so proud of me. Then again I only needed to do 6 .Igot the witchybella in a swap. I was dying to use it and now i don't know who to send it to.

I haven't posted in so long. I have been playing catch up on everything that needed to be done over the summer, but things are easier to go get accomplished when the kids are in school. Anyway, I needed to make another card for Jimmy's employee who also had a baby boy. I also made another Halloween card, I like this one better than the first.

I know this isn't scrap related but Julia nd I took the plunge today and got bob haircut. On a scrappin note I am working on a Halloween card. I have been trying to catch up around the house. Will post soon:)

First Day of School!!!

Even though this isn't scrappin related I wanted to share. James and Julia were up at the crack of Dawn, excited and nervous about going back to school.

James B-day .......a little early.

So James' Birthday is on Tueday he will be 9. I gave him his card and Gift(PSP Madden edition). We are off to take to him and everyone else to the surprise Birthday . I will post some pics when we get back.

Birthday Card

I made this card for James' friend. He is having a birthday pool party tomorrow.I am also working on James' birthday card. His birthday is September 2nd. He is my miracle baby, He was born at 27 weeks and was 2lbs 3 oz. He had a hospital stay of 75 days. It was 75 days of me crying myself to sleep,praying he would come home. I booked a Special Surprise birthday for him. He has no idea, I can't wait to see his reaction. I will post a picture of his card as soon as I am done with it.

Baby Boy Card

I haven't blogged in a while. It is 230 in the morning.I had to make this card before Jimmy left for work. Anyway, one of his employee's had a baby boy and I made this card. I used my oval scallop nestie and Fun & Fast Notes Stamp Set from Stampin Up and the baby's head that I added to the carriage is from All in the family also from Stampin Up.I used copics to color in the carriage and the baby.I also used stickles on the dots but it hardly shows up in the picture.

So Jimmy says to me "go Create", I will watch the kids for a little while. I haven't create in a while, so I started with the Jimmyfella from StampingBella.com. I think it's really called Nickfella but I prefer Jimmyfella:). I made a thank you card for the awesome room that Jimmy made me. The other 2 cards are for twin boys who celebrated their birthday on the 5th but I just got around to making them.I used pun fun stamp set from Stampin up. I still have my Disney album to complete, I am almost finished with the first one but I am sure I will need another one. I will post some layouts when I am done.

Nestabilities Storage.......

These are the same rails I use for my Punches, I bought then at Ikea. I also bought S hooks that fit on the rails. I made little tags so I know what they are. There seems to be room for more :)
