Retro fitted mini album. Pictures and video!

I made this album for my daughters teacher who is going out on maternity leave tomorrow. Her class had a baby shower for her so I made it so she can use it for that or even for the baby, which will be a girl. I used the tutorial from Paper Phenomenon, retro fitted mini album. 

M for my front door!

I found this huge M at hobby Lobby and decided to make it a door hanging for my front door. I painted it white first and had it dry for a few hours. I then added one layer of the deco art one step crackle waited about an hour for it to dry then added a thick coat of  the delta ceramcoat crackle, waited about 2 hours for that to dry. I then sponged on a mixture of folk art metallic pure gold and metallic champagne in circular motion with a sponge to get into all the cracks and crevices. I picked up this denim and lace ribbon a michaels made a bow and hanger and added a prima rose to the center of the bow. That's all folks! Thanks for stopping by Dee.

This is my latest album from Paper Phenomenon. Measurements of my changes-

Pocket Strip: 2x11 score on the 2 inch side 1/2, 5 1/2 &10 1/2

Flaps: 7 1/2 x 4 1/2 score at 7 1/2 inch side to create a hinge 1/2 inch.

Side Flaps: 6 1/4 x 4 1/2 scare on 4 1/2 inch side to create hinge 1/2 inch. Video is coming :)  Thanks for stopping by:)

Hi All,

First I'd like to thank you all for still following me, even thought my posting has been very sparse. I haven't been crafting much, I'm trying to get back into it. I miss it, it's just a matter of making time for it. My new scrap room is completed, just waiting on my hubby to put up one last shelf. New Scraproom!!

I'm am so excited to be finally getting my new scrap room on the first floor. I was always in the basement, and I hated it!! So my wonderful husband finally agreed to having my scrap room upstairs. I am so happy!! It's a work in process and I will post more pics and maybe a video when it's all done. I also made a Blessed banner with my cameo for Thanksgiving. I am truly blessed!! Halloween Mini Album

I finally finished the Halloween mini album that goes into the boot I made last week. This is a Paper Phenomenon kit club project and I am so glad I made it. The end result is beautiful!!
