Altered Photo Cube

 

This was inspired by nursetara04 on Youtube. I picked up my cube at acmoore and painted it black and I used Tim Holtz crackle paint and silver rub and buff. I also used the flowers from recollections, butterflies are from K and company and of course some bling. The little tickets are tim holtz and I used glimmer mist in Graphite and silver to distress them.This photo cube was made in memory of my Dad who has passed. Click on the picture to enlarge.

2nd Valentine's Day Mailbox

This one is alllllllll mine ...lol...The last one I made was a gift and this one I went all out on and decorated it to my liking. I used prima flowers, feathers, glimmer mist, bead rope, lace, bling and K and Co paper. This one is a smaller version than the one I made last, it is 7(w)x 10(h) x 5(d).Click on picture to enlarge.

Valentine Mailbox

This was such a fun project to make!! It's a mailbox that I made for my daughter's teacher and her classmates. I constructed it all from chipboard and it is 12inches in height and 9 in depth, there should be plenty of room for valentine's day cards for all the students to exchange. For the closure I used a glass Tim Holtz knob, key hole with brads(with elastic cording) and bracket in the back . I used K and Company paper and Martha Stewart punch and some lace. I also used the Celebrate with Flourish cartridge nd my Cricut for the " Happy Valentine's Day" sign on the front of the mailbox. You can click on the pictures to enlarge.

Cream Puffs!!!!

This week is heritage week for my daughter's class and I made cream puffs for the first time ever and they came out GREAT!!!! this batch pictured was a test batch and they were gone in seconds....off to bake some more :)

Desk Organizer

This is from Kaiser Craft and had to be assembeled. I bought this at my LSS . I used Tim Holtz paper to make it look pretty :) It came in handy to elimate the clutter that was at my workstation.

Valentine Banner

 

 

 

 

I made this for my mantle for Valentine's Day. I used my cricut, of course! I also used the cartridges, Storybook and Birthday Bash for the Banner. I embossed the ovals with the love hearts folder. I used lace around the ovals and the little hearts are from recollections. I tied them all together with toole.

I went more girly and frilly with my daughter's mailbox and book. The flower on the lever is from hobby lobby. The flower on the mailbox is a paper flower that I used glimmer mist on. The tiny flowers are Prima.The little Meander book goes inside the mailbox, you can find a few different variations on youtube, I made the book 3 x 3 with little note tags on the inside. I got the little mailboxes and paper at Target.

winter camping mini album video

Winter Camping Mini Album !!

 

This is a paperbag mini album that was inspired by my daughter's and I recent camping trip. We had a great time. I made the album cover with chipboard and lots of scoretape. On the outside and inside cover I used the Martha Stewart winter wonderland paper pad , and on the inside pages I used Echo Park wintertime paper. I also used white paper bags and some edge punches that I will show in the video. Click on pictures to enlarge.

Mini Haul

 

This is a mini haul I got today,I finally got the quarter note cartridge at Michaels and I also got a valentine paper stack from K and company. I also went to Joann's and picked up the twilight paper stacks that I have been swooning over, I also got chipboard and the glitter paper from colorbok and some lace and bead rope. Can't wait to create with all my goodies :)
